Repairs

Universal Blower Pac is not your typical “blower packager”.  We take pride in being able to handle the entire process when it comes to blowers.  We can assist with design, provide knowledgeable support during the sales process, we manufacture the blower system, and we have our own service & repair department!

We inspect around 65 blowers a year and actually repair about 50 blowers a year.  The blower sizes range from small 2″ gear machines (~50 CFM) all the way up to 12″ and 14″ gear machines (over 7,500 CFM).  But recently we were able to repair a 2231 PD blower, those are 22″ gears (capable of over 11,000 CFM)!    It was neat to have in our shop for repair just because of the enormity of the blower as it stood over 6′ tall and weighed about 6 tons.
